Both with your telecommunications network, and in winning awards, redundancy is a good thing. And for the sixth consecutive year, Fibertech received some of the highest marks for operations and service excellence in two recent ATLANTIC-ACM surveys.

Specifically, Fibertech received six Service Excellence Awards in the 2011 Business Connectivity Report Card, a carrier-wide survey comprised of responses by business customers. The company swept the top prize in the CLEC/Cable/Fiber group for Branding, Sales Representatives, Provisioning, Network, Enterprise Data Value and Overall Data Quality.

The company also received six Carrier Excellence Awards in the 2011 Metro Report Card, a carrier-wide survey based on ratings from other communications providers. Fibertech received first place honors for Brand, Sales Rep (tie), Provisioning, Network Performance, Customer Service and Data Value (tie).

Both reports are comprised of individual ratings of carriers' network services and the operations behind those services. It's widely regarded as the broadest benchmarking tool in telecommunications. To Fibertech, it means even more because it represents the voice of our loyal customers.
