Both with your telecommunications network, and in winning awards, redundancy is a good thing. And for the seventh consecutive year, Fibertech received the highest marks for operations and service excellence in two recent ATLANTIC-ACM surveys.
Specifically, Fibertech received five Service Excellence Awards in the 2012 Business Connectivity Report Card, a carrier-wide survey comprised of responses by business customers. The company swept the top prize in the CLEC/Cable/Fiber group for Brand, Sales Representatives, Provisioning, Network Performance, and Customer Service.
The company also received six Carrier Excellence Awards in the 2012 Metro Report Card, a carrier-wide survey based on ratings from other communications providers. Fibertech received first place honors for Brand, Sales Representatives, Provisioning, Network Performance, Billing and Data Value.
Both reports are comprised of individual ratings of carriers' network services and the operations behind those services. It's widely regarded as the broadest benchmarking tool in telecommunications. To Fibertech, it means even more because it represents the voice of our loyal customers.
