We receive the honors. We give our employees and customers the credit.
Both with your telecommunications network, and in award winning, redundancy is a good thing. And for the fourth consecutive year, Fibertech received some of the highest marks for operations and service excellence in two recent ATLANTIC-ACM surveys.
Fibertech received Carrier Excellence Awards for CLEC Brand, Sales Representatives, Network Quality, Billing (tie), and Customer Service, in addition to Ethernet Quality (tie), in the 2009 Metro Report Card.
The company also received Service Excellence Awards in the ATLANTIC-ACM Business Connectivity Report Card, placing first in six different categories, including network performance, provisioning, customer service, billing, brand, and sales representatives.
Both reports are comprised of more than 3,000 individual ratings of carriers' network services and the operations behind those services. It's widely regarded as the broadest benchmarking tool in telecommunications. To Fibertech, it means even more because it represents the voice of our loyal customers.
"This marks the fourth consecutive year we've been recognized with these high marks by our customers, and it's a direct testament to the effort and dedication of our employees," said Fibertech Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mike Hurley. "As these honors cross over all of our business operations, we believe that the results once again demonstrate that our organization remains focused on providing customers with a commitment to responsiveness and support that's unmatched in the industry."
