Carrier Account Support Representative - (Temporary to Regular) - Rochester, NY
The Carrier Account Support Representative is primarily responsible for providing quote,s pricing and maps to wireless customer sales inquiries, while also handling account review and renewal processes.   This position will also support the Carrier sales team, providing back-up support to the entire sales organization on an as needed basis. Bachelor's degree, strong customer focus and excellent computer and communication skills are required.


Lit Service Technician(s) - Cleveland, OH and Cincinnati, OH
The Lit Service Technician is primarily responsible for supporting a series of POP/PAD sites to manage which includes building requirements (i.e. fire suppression/extinguishers, building alarming, etc.). In this position, POP wiring – lacing, power wiring, fiber/jumper management is also required, in addition to a number of testing and installation duties. 3-5 experience in the telecommunications industry with technician experience; optical/fiber experience a plus. Valid drivers license required and the ability to be on-call for service outages.

Permits and Applications Administrator- Rochester, NY 
The Permits and Applications Administrator is primarily responsible for completing pole/conduit applications forms to submit to various utilities; determine the necessity of manhole breakouts and submit appropriate forms to various utilities; follow-up with all municipal and utility offices on status of applications and other administrative duties. A H.S. diploma and MS Office is required. Experience with submitting permits and working with municipalities as well as mapping experience is preferred.


Project Manager (Temp to Regular) - Cleveland, OH
The Project Manager will be responsible for designing and engineering new network infrastructure to complete customer contracts in Cleveland. This position will provide network routes and construction budgets to sales, work closely with Fibertech's Engineering department and NOC, and identify and assist in the management process of permits and licenses. 5 -10 years in telecommunication industry related to project design and Outside Plant Engineering is mandatory with field experience in construction, engineering, maintenance and management required. Valid Drivers license required and on-call for service outages.

Fiber Optic Splicers (2) - CT

The Splicer will be responsible for preparing, splicing and troubleshooting fiber optic cable as well as install, repair and maintain fiber optic splice closures and distribution panels. Experience with fiber optic fusion machines, OTDR and Power Meter test results. Valid driving license required and ability to drive a truck with a trailer.  Requires On-call for service outages. Confined space and aerial lift experience preferred.
