Business Analyst - Rochester, NY
The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for developing business cases, conducting ROI’s on products and markets served, creating historical databases, and helping in the collection and analysis of other data. 1-3 years of finance experience required telecommunication industry experience preferred. B.A. required, MBA preferred.
Lit Service Technician - Syracuse, NY, and Meriden, CT
The Lit Service Technician’s main duties include handling all pre-testing of equipment prior to installation and managing installation according to Fibertech standards, testing/troubleshooting, management, card placement/re-placement, among other responsibilities within your assigned POP/PAD sites. 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry is required. Valid driver’s license and the ability to work an on-call rotation are required.
NOC Maintenance Analyst – Rochester, NY
The Maintenance Analyst’s main duty is to serve as the first point of contact for customer issues with the network, transport or switch. The ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service is essential. A minimum of 3 years of related work experience is required as is the ability to work multiple shifts and work an on-call rotation.
Design and Drafting Representative – Rochester, NY
The Design and Drafting Representative performs detailed design/drafting associated with the construction of, or modification to Fibertech’s network including Oracle GIS land data base, Delorme fiber route maps and site plans. H.S. diploma and 3-5 years experience with excellent AutoCAD skills are required.
