Enterprise Sales Account Manager - Delaware/South NJ
The Enterprise Sales Account Manager has overall sales responsibility to the medium and large businesses, and development of the sales strategy and business plan for that market including revenue and resource projections to sell metropolitan networks, Dark Fiber, Internet and end-to-end fully managed optical connectivity. Seven (7) to 10 years of overall telecom sales experience with at least 3 of the 7 years selling specifically optical or Ethernet products; disaster recovery, mission critical content delivery, and/or Colocation is preferred.

Enterprise Sales Account Manager - Connecticut
The Enterprise Sales Account Manager has overall sales responsibility to the medium and large businesses, and development of the sales strategy and business plan for that market including revenue and resource projections to sell metropolitan networks, Dark Fiber, Internet and end-to-end fully managed optical connectivity. Enterprise Sales Account Manager - Pittsburgh
The Enterprise Sales Account Manager has overall sales responsibility to the medium and large businesses, and development of the sales strategy and business plan for that market including revenue and resource projections to sell metropolitan networks, Dark Fiber, Internet and end-to-end fully managed optical connectivity. Seven (7) to 10 years of overall telecom sales experience with at least 3 of the 7 years selling specifically optical or Ethernet products; disaster recovery, mission critical content delivery, and/or Colocation is preferred.

Enterprise Base Account Manager - Rochester, NY
The Enterprise Base Manager's main responsibility is to manage the customer renewal process. Within that role, they will establish processes and policies to drive and grow sales revenue, monitor and advise sales representatives, analyze revenue data, and provide expert advice to senior management regarding sales strategies and initiatives. Five (5) plus years experience in a sales support or customer retention position, preferably in telecommunications, is required.

Accounts Receivable Clerk – Rochester, NY
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for handling all COIs, W9 and tax exempt forms, performs collections reviews and follows up directly with customers. H.S. diploma and 5+ years experience in a finance-related field is preferred.
