Nautic Partners and Ridgemont Equity Partners (formerly Bank of America Capital Investors) are the original private equity investors of Fibertech. Court Square Capital Partners recently entered into an agreement to acquire the company. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2010, following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions including all required regulatory approvals.
