Court Square Capital Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire Fibertech from its original investors, Nautic Partners and the team at Ridgemont Equity Partners (formerly Bank of America). The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2010, following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions including all required regulatory approvals.
