Daniel C. Berl
Vice President Carrier Sales
With 20 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, Daniel Berl is Vice President Carrier Sales for Fibertech Networks.
Berl joined the company at its inception in May 2000, and helped build the carrier sales channel. He is also responsible for managing sales account relationships across all markets with international, wireless, CLEC, ISP, and other regional carriers.
Prior to joining Fibertech, he was senior account executive for MFS Telecom, Inc., a division of MFS Communications Company, Inc., where he was responsible for sales to regional IXC & ISP carriers, wireless companies and colocation providers. During his 6-year tenure he sold domestic and international optical private line services, IP bandwidth and colocation facilities in the Rochester, Buffalo and Toronto markets.
Berl also served as a sales executive at RCI Long Distance (now Global Crossing) selling various types of telecommunication service, and started his career with MCI Communications in Boston as an account executive.
Berl is a graduate of Niagara University where he earned a BA in Psychology.
