Gary Muisus
Vice President, Network Operations
Gary Muisus is Vice President of Network Operations for Fibertech Networks. In this position, he oversees the project management of the company's networks in New York, Ohio, Indianapolis, and Pennsylvania.
Muisus joined Fibertech in June 2000 when the company merged with White Knight Communications where he was a founder and Co-CEO. White Knight's network construction unit built systems throughout New York for telecommunications firms including AT&T Corp., Frontier, Time Warner Communications and MCI.
Prior to White Knight, Muisus served as General Manager of Northern Cable Industries, where he was responsible for the construction of a major cable system upgrade. Muisus was also co-founder of Fiber Systems, an owner-operator of fiber optic networks. At Fiber Systems, his duties included responsibility for engineering fiber optic pathways in four Upstate New York school districts.
For fifteen years prior to his time with Northern Cable Industries, Muisus was Construction Manager for People's Cable Television and Greater Rochester Cablevision, both predecessors of Time Warner Communications. In that capacity, he was responsible for the engineering, construction and maintenance of the company's cable plant, as well as installation of the company's first fiber optic cable.
Muisus earned a BS degree from the University of Toledo.
