Fibertech respects the privacy and security of its web site users. Fibertech has prepared this statement setting forth the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for all sites owned or operated by Fibertech or its affiliated companies. Please read these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully before using the Fibertech Sites. By using the Fibertech Sites, you signify your agreement with both the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, do not use the Fibertech Sites.

Terms of Use
This web site is an online information and communications service provided by Fibertech Networks and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "Fibertech"). The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practice for Fibertech's web site (www.fibertech.com) as well as for all related web sites operated by Fibertech (the "Fibertech Sites"). Fibertech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Terms of Use. By using the Fibertech Sites after Fibertech has posted any such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

In addition to the other Terms of Use set forth herein, it is a condition of your use of the Fibertech Sites that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Fibertech Sites.
• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
• Post or transmit any information, software or other material that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
• Post or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
• Post, transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes, or that contains advertising.
• Use the Fibertech Sites to advertise to or solicit anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without the express written approval of Fibertech.
• Gather, for the purpose of spamming, e-mail addresses that have been posted on the Fibertech Sites.

Privacy Policy
As stated above, Fibertech respects the privacy concerns of visitors to the Fibertech Sites. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and Fibertech does not sell such information to others. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to the Fibertech Sites. However, certain non-personal information about visitors may be recorded by the standard operation of Fibertech's Internet servers. This information is primarily used to provide a more efficient online experience for visitors to the Fibertech Sites.

Information tracked may include, among other things, the type of browser being used by the visitor, the type of operating system in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor's internet service provider. By having this information, web pages optimized for a particular visitor's computer may be automatically made available to that visitor. Other use of this information may include internal review of the number of visitors to this site, but only in aggregate and in a non-personally-identifiable form. Email addresses and other personally identifiable data about the visitor to the Fibertech Sites are known to Fibertech only when voluntarily submitted by the user. Visitors to sites linked to any Fibertech Site should review the information practices on that site, as such practices are not within Fibertech's control.

IP Addresses
IP addresses are automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are on-line. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address.

Fibertech collects IP addresses for the purpose of system administration, to report aggregate information, and to audit the use of the Fibertech Sites. When guests request pages from Fibertech Sites, our servers log the guests' IP address. We do not normally link the IP address to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user's session will be logged but the user remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Terms of Use or to protect our service, site, customers, or others.

Some services within the Fibertech Sites may display IP addresses along with the message poster's name and message. Please review each service prior to use and only use those that disclose information you are comfortable with sharing.

Cookies/Web Beacons
Cookies are pieces of information that a web site transfers to an individual's computer for record-keeping purposes. Cookies may make your use of the Fibertech Sites easier by saving your preferences while you are at the Fibertech Sites. Fibertech never save passwords or credit card information in cookies.

Web beacons are electronic images that allow a web site to count users who have visited that page or to access certain cookies. Web beacons may also be used in HTML-formatted email messages in order to determine which email messages were opened and to note whether a message was acted upon.

Cookies and beacons allow Fibertech to determine which areas of the Fibertech Sites are visited most often. Improvements and updates to the Fibertech Site may then be based on such data as total number of visitors and pages viewed.

Visitors to the Fibertech Sites always have the option of disabling cookies by changing their browser preferences. Although most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, you can change your browser preferences to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please note that some functions of the Fibertech Sites may not work properly or may be considerably slower if you refuse cookies.

Security
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with visitors to the Fibertech Sites is very important to Fibertech. We exercise care in transmitting your information to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Fibertech cannot insure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and therefore you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, Fibertech makes efforts to ensure its security on all of our systems.

Copyright and Trademark Issues
All documents and information on this site are copyrighted materials of Fibertech and others who license copyrighted materials to Fibertech. These documents and information may not, under any circumstances, be resold or redistributed for any kind of compensation without the prior written consent of Fibertech and the appropriate licensor. Fibertech welcomes links to the Fibertech Sites. Users are permitted to establish hypertext links to the Fibertech Sites so long as the link does not state or imply that Fibertech is sponsoring any user's site, endorsing any opinion expressed on a user's site, or engaged in any partnership, joint venture, or other business relationship with the user (unless agreed to in advance in a signed written document).

Without prior written consent of Fibertech, users may not "frame" any of the content of any Fibertech Site ("Fibertech Content") or incorporate the Fibertech Content into another web site or other service. You may not use any trademark or service mark appearing on this site without the prior written consent of the owner of the mark. Links to Non-Fibertech Sites
There may be links to other sites from the Fibertech Sites that take you to web sites that are outside of Fibertech's control. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information.

Please remember that whenever you disclose personal information online that information can be collected and used by others whom you do not know. Although Fibertech seeks to protect our user's personal information and privacy, Fibertech is unable to guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and therefore you should be aware that you do so at your own risk.

Fibertech's policies do not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the internet, and therefore beyond Fibertech's control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.

Parental Notice
The Fibertech Sites are not directed to minors, and persons under the age of 18 years of age shall not use the Fibertech Sites, or any sites linked to them, to submit any information about themselves.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflicts of law principles. If any provision of this agreement shall be found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then the remainder of this agreement, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
