Fibertech Networks Earns Six Carrier Excellence Awards in the 2011 ATLANTIC-ACM Metro Connectivity Report Card Study
Builds On Six Consecutive Years of Earning Highest Operational Marks in Industry

Fibertech Networks, L.L.C., a leading provider of metro-based fiber optic network services to customers in the eastern and central United States, today announced it has been recognized with six service excellence awards in the 2011 ATLANTIC-ACM Metro Connectivity Report Card survey.
The industry-wide report is based on the results of more than 3,000 individual ratings of carrier’s network services and the operations behind those services. It’s widely regarded as the broadest benchmarking tool in metro wholesale telecommunications industry.
Fibertech received the best-in-class honors in six overall categories among competitive telecom/cable/fiber providers: Brand, Sales Rep (tie), Provisioning, Network Performance, Customer Service and Data Value (tie).

Earlier this year, the company received similar recognition from business customers in the 2011 ATLANTIC-ACM Business Connectivity Report Card survey, placing first in six categories including Brand, Sales Representatives, Provisioning, Network Performance, Enterprise Data Value and Overall Data Quality, among CLEC/Cable/Fiber providers. Additionally Fibertech was praised highly for their commitment to excellence and putting forth the upmost focus into customer service.
